This passion now drives me to share the therapeutic benefits of creativity with others who are seeking healing, inspiration, and peace.

With a degree in Social Work and a professional background working with children and families, I’ve seen firsthand how important mental wellness and self-expression are — especially in underserved communities. This experience has deeply informed the work we do here at Positive Mindfulness Hub.
